摘要:

摘要:三产品重介质旋流器已成为当今我国选煤厂老厂改造和新建选煤厂的首选设备与工艺,但是工作悬浮液经过三产品重介质旋流器后的分配特性目前还没有一个科学的依据可供参考,本文通过模型实验,改变入口重介质悬浮液磁性物含量和密度分别进行了悬浮液分配特性的实验,得出了无压给料三产品重介质旋流器悬浮液的分配规律,为选煤厂工艺流程计算、设备选型及选煤厂生产实践提供了实验依据。

Abstract:

Abstract:The 3-product H.M.cyclone has become the preferred equipment and technology in the transformation of old coal preparation plant and the new coal preparation plant,but the suspension’s distribution characteristic after 3-product H.M.cyclone separation is no scientific basis for reference. This experiment through respectively change suspension density and magnetic content to conduct heavy medium cyclone suspension’s distribution characteristic experiment,obtains the distribution law of three products heavy medium cyclone suspension,to provide an experimental basis for the some numerical calculation process selection and production practice of coal preparation plant.
